“I worked on individual finger grip strength training, focusing on ring and pinky finger, since grip is so important on Ultimate Beastmaster,” says contestant John Gerzik (pictured). “I did a lot of grip exercises, and climbed on my wooden structure in any and all ways I possibly could.”
