Sleep Vs. Rest
Catching up on sleep with a bit of rest in general isn’t all that effective. You can make up some time but consistently lacking the proper amount of sleep for your body to can really hurt your health and resting doesn’t really do anything. After all, couch potatoes need just as many hours of sleep as athletes. The amount of time each person needs is a little different but we all require a good night’s sleep on a regular basis to give our bodies a chance to recover from daytime activities.
