14. Ditch the soda and alcohol

Sugary high-in-(empty)-calorie drinks are one of the ways that weight can sneak up on your without you even realizing it. Stay away from the processed drinks and pour yourself a nice cold glass of H2O. There are also healthy alternatives to tap water that taste great, pack little to no calories, and have a bevy of nutrients.
