Beware of Marketing
Pet food is a big, lucrative industry that knows you want your dog to have a quality diet. They cater to that desire, but not always in a way that will actually benefit your pet. “Quite honestly, some of the marketing that’s out there is very confusing for people,” says Parker, “and it’s not easy to know what’s a trustworthy, reputable company and what’s not.” It’s a good idea, but simply looking through a company’s website isn’t likely to give you the information you need. What you will probably find is a lot of propaganda with few facts.
