Organic Pork and Lamb
Pig and sheep farmers don’t give animals hormones, so conventionally grown lamb and pork are safer to eat than beef. But regular pork and lamb can still contain pesticides and antibiotics, so choose organic when possible. Organic meat is also often fresher, tastier, more humane, and more eco-friendly.
