Admittedly, we live in a country that likes to celebrate pretty much anything—from National Puppy Day to National Beer Day to National Pancake Day. And while we were certainly on board with those “holidays”, National Running Day is one we can really stand behind. After all, running is one of the most efficient ways to torch calories and fat (not to mention it’s great for your health, especially your heart.)
