John Cena’s Record Breaking Workout

Men’s Fitness was lucky enough to hit the gym with our April cover guy, John Cena, and get a behind-the-scenes look at his rigorous training. Little did we know we would witness weightlifting history being made that day. Watch as the two-time World Heavyweight champion breaks a personal and in-gym record for the snatch lift. He graciously credits Men’s Fitness for bringing him good luck—maybe we should tag along for all his workouts from now on!
