We’ve all been stumped for what exercises to do when we’ve got a few minutes to spare. So we turned to trainer Alonzo Wilson, founder of Tone House, a high-intensity class that's frequently called “the toughest workout in New York City,” for a few go-to moves.

The bigger challenge? Finding out if you can keep up with his infamous, muscle-quivering warm-up that begins every Tone House class.
