Q1. You’ve undergone your own transformation, what was that like?
A1. My journey in architecting my lifestyle has been the single best choice I have ever made. The transformation was mentally, physically, and emotionally challenging but the most rewarding experience ever. It has made me the person who I am today and I would not change that for the world.
Q2. What made you want to get into the fitness field?
A2. It is simple – girls. In high school I was the fat kid who was always “friend” material while everyone was dating. I knew my lifestyle and physique was a problem and I found fitness to be my solution.
Q3. What are you hoping to accomplish with The Summer Body Project?
A3. The Summer Body Project is a way for us to provide a systematic plan to achieve your ultimate summer body. We have put in the time, effort, and energy to make what was once difficult for us simple and straightforward for you guys.
Q4. What was your favorite part about working on The Summer Body Project?
A4. Hands down, the people I work with. Without them this project would not be possible. We hope you enjoy this as much as we did putting it together.
