This is the cardio component of the workout, and that means you have endless options. Hit up the newsstand on the way to your workout—preferably while saving face with the best sunscreens of the season (yeah, you need it—see our explainer on page 64). Or head to the nearest drugstore, potentially as a prelude to our 10-minute abs workout (page 124). Better yet: Go to a brick-and-mortar bookstore and show the ladies in your life you’re an erudite son of a Socrates as you flip through our feature on four delicious seafood-and-meat-pairings from around the world (page 86).
