Morning Grinder: the Chest Domination Workout

 

If your lifts are stuck, and muscles won’t grow, your go-to should be tri-sets and supersets. Social media fitness star Alex Bowen shares his three round chest domination workout below.

THE WORKOUT

Complete every round 3 times with no rest between exercises.

ROUND 1
Bench press x 8-12 reps
Dumbbell fly x 12 reps
Push-ups x failure

ROUND 2
Incline dumbbell press x 8-12 reps
Decline push-ups x failure

ROUND 3
Weighted dips x 8-12 reps
Cable crossovers x 12-reps
