25 Two-Touch Situps + L-Sit to Failure
To perform two-touch situps, lie on your back, legs bent, arms extended behind you. Curl up and touch hands to ground in between feet. Return to start. Lastly, for the L-sit to failure, sit with legs in front of you, hands at sides, and press up so butt comes off ground and creates an L. Hold the position for as long as you can.
