French pole-vaulter, Renaud Lavillenie is one of the best vaulters in the world. He is currently a world record holder, and the won a gold medal at the 2012 Olympics. So there is no doubt the guy can jump. But a recent video he shared with fans on his Facebook shows just how althletic he really is.
The vaulter jumps an impressively high bar. Oh, and just to add a few style points, he throws in a back flip. Proving the 5’9” Frenchmen is 132 pounds of pure athlete.
And the slow-mo effect and close-up for your viewing pleasure. Well done, Lavillenie.
