To turn your training up to 11, listen to tunes proven to make you work harder, research says. “Increase workout intensity by raising the tempo by one or two beats per minute beyond your comfort zone,” says Costas Karageorghis, Ph.D., who teamed with Spotify to create an “Ultimate Workout” playlist.
