Seth Wescott’s Snowboard-Cross Workout

When he’s not in the backcountry or on the podium, 37-year-old snowboard-cross phenom Seth Wescott is usually at home in Sugarloaf, Maine, working out his upper body for start pulls, his core for balance, and his left leg, which carries about 70 percent of his weight as he careens down the course.
