You Can’t Seem to Stay Consistent
Maybe you have some fitness knowledge, but are you following through on it? Statistics say you’re not. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, only 21 percent of American adults meet physical activity guidelines. Even assuming you’re not a complete sloth, that doesn’t mean you’re as consistent as you should be. Be honest, do you sometimes skip workouts? Or take a week off here or there? Sorry, but you’re not going to get results with a plan that’s scattered and unreliable. Hiring a trainer can help you stay accountable because you’re more likely to hit the gym if you know your trainer’s waiting — especially if skipping means you forfeit your (probably expensive) session.
