Lay down on your back with your feet slightly wider than hips width apart and your arms resting by your sides palms facing upward. Focus on each inhale and on each exhale for as long as you can. You may use a mantra such as “This is my breath in. This is my breath out.” Or, “Let” on the inhale, and “Go,” on the exhale. Stay here for 5-20 minutes.
