Each week, PJ lays out a quick workout that measures your level of speed, power, endurance, strength, and skill. Think you can “one-up” our guy?
This week’s challenge is performing three rounds for time of:
- 10 barbell thrusters
- 15 kettlebell swings
- 20 situps
Watch the video for some helpful tips. A good score for this challenge is 10:30, but if you want to “one-up” PJ, shoot for under 9:10.
