How did you get started in fitness and with Team Performix?
One of my military buddies (@adam_evel) started working with Performix and he got me hooked on their supplement line. I did some research on the company and their mission and really liked it, reached out to @michaelcvazquez and we decided it was a good match!
How are you driven in fitness and in life?
I wake up each day with a mission: to do as much as possible and be the best at it as possible. They say to become an expert at something, you need to study and practice for 10,000 hours. My drive is to become an expert at perfecting my body and being healthy.
What advice can you give to our fans who are just starting out or looking to get back to the gym?
Everyone started somewhere! Set goals and be strict, but also make sure that enjoy what you’re doing. If you don’t, try something different. That’s the great thing about fitness and health, there’s so many variations of it. Find what fits your lifestyle and aligns with your goals, enjoy it and give it your everything!
If you had to pick only three exercises what would they be and why?
Squats, rows and deadlifts. To me, these compound exercises are the building blocks of fitness. These are the exercises that you’ll lift the most weight while doing and burn the most calories while working several different muscle groups.
