Bodyweight Strength
These old school moves require no gear, so they can be done anywhere — which make them perfect for a fast, on the fly workout session. Weiss suggests doing three sets of 9-12 reps of each of these moves: planks, bench dips, squats, crunches, and jumping jacks. Rest for 30 seconds between sets, says Weiss. Bodyweight moves use your body as resistance, and they’re great for improving balance, strength, and firing up your metabolism.
