Crab Walk With A Dip
Why it works: Here, you’re using your triceps to actually move your bodyweight as you walk, says Robin Gillespie, a Philadelphia-based personal trainer, and you’ll use them again to do even more work when you dip. As a bonus, the exercise also requires you to engage your butt and core.
How to do it: Sit with feet and butt on the floor, palms down behind you. Raise your hips as high as you can, and begin “walking” across the floor. Every two strides, do a triceps dip. Continue for 30 seconds, take a 30-second break, and repeat. Do three sets.
