Why it works: This works the brachioradialus alongside the bicep, which McCall says is key to making your bicep muscles really pop. Alternate this exercise with traditional curls.
How to do it: Hold a dumbbell in each hand, arms at sides and palms facing in. Curl the weights up so palms face chest, engaging bicep. Return to the start and repeat. Do 3 sets of 12 reps.
