11. Roman Reigns
A three-year starter at Georgia Tech (and cousin of The Rock), Reigns knows a thing or two about staying in fighting shape. But while he focused on a lot of leg work in football, he now does a total-body routine with 30 to 40 minutes of cardio every day. His favorite moves are bent-over rows and squat cleans (his PR is 360 pounds for the latter). He needs a lot of food to keep his body going through all that activity and, like a lot of Superstars on this list, his go-to fast food is Chipotle. A sample order: The burrito bowl with black beans, rice, triple chicken (yes, triple), cheese, corn salsa, and guacamole.
Room for Improvement: “Great fast food choice,” says Kleiner. “Having a good variety of food is one of the big keys to a healthy diet. I hope he’s drinking lots of water through his day, too. He’ll feel like he’s dragging if he becomes dehydrated.”Back to top
