“This is purely for strength,” says Durban. “It keeps your muscles active all day. Push-ups in the sand are harder because the sand keeps moving, so it’s more technical than doing them on a floor.”
Four sets of 25 push-ups and four sets of 50 sit-ups. Like the lifeguards, repeat throughout the day.
