Relying on your phone’s alarm function seems innocuous. But when you reach to turn it off in the morning, you’re just one swipe away from checking messages, scrolling through social media, or reading headlines. Before you know it, you’ve stumbled down the online rabbit hole, yet you haven’t even gotten out of your pajamas.
