Rule Three: Re-Rack Your Weights
After you load up the squat rack or bench press, make sure you unload all the weights you used, says Steve Salter, owner of Fightanium Fitness and MMA, a gym in Oneida, Tennessee. One thing Salter always insists on is putting your weights back, since, “the person using the machine after you may not be able to lift the weights you’re using," Salter says.
