Sample Breakfasts
Scromelet & Oatmeal
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups of preferred vegetables to mix in the eggs (peppers and scallions, mushrooms and onions, spinach, broccoli, etc.)
- 1 handful oatmeal with 1 handful fruit (berries, banana, etc.)
- 1 tbsp chopped walnuts for the oatmeal (1 thumb fat)
- water and coffee
Super Shake
- 2 scoops protein powder
- 2 fistfuls spinach
- 2 handfuls frozen fruit of choice (berries, bananas, pineapple, cherries, etc.)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- water as needed
Yogurt & Berries
- 1.5 cups low-fat Greek yogurt or cottage cheese
- 2 handfuls fresh berries of choice
- 1 tbsp slivered almonds
- 1 serving greens powder (optional)
- water and coffee
