- 1 large chicken breast
- 1 cup cucumber slices and 1 cup baby carrots
- 1 whole-grain wrap
- 2 tbsp guacamole
- water
Greens Salad with Chicken and Rice
- 1 large chicken breast
- 2 cups mixed greens, 1 cup chopped vegetables (e.g. carrots, cucumbers, peppers, etc.)
- 1 handful whole-grain rice
- 2 tbsp dressing
- water
Tuna Salad Wrap
- 1 5oz can tuna
- 2 cups broccoli
- 1 whole-grain wrap
- 1 tbsp mayo for tuna, 1 tbsp hummus for broccoli
