Circuit 1: Vertical Push/Pull
Needed: 3 sets of dumbbells.
A1) DB Deadlift, 10 reps
A2) DB Goblet Squat, 10 reps
A3) DB Push Press, 10 reps
Perform 3 rounds. Rest 1 minute between rounds. Use weight that equals your 10 -12 rep max in each exercise.
