Circuit 2: Horizontal Push/Pull
Needed: Step platform, Dumbbells, Smith Machine (or empty squat cage)
A1) DB Reverse Lunges from Deficit, 20 strides (10 per leg). Make sure the trailing leg touches the ground.
A2) Under-the-Bar Rows (Feet elevated), Max Reps
A3) KB Turkish Getup, 3 reps per arm (alternating each rep). If you don’t have access to a kettlebell, a dumbbell will suffice. Use weight that equals 75 percent of your push press weight for one of the dumbbells.
Perform 3 rounds. Rest 1 minute between rounds.
