Multigrain Tortilla Chips
As far as chips go, Food Should Taste Good’s multigrain tortilla chips lead the pack. They have a typical amount of calories (140 in 10 chips), but have a great ingredient list: stone-ground corn, flax, sesame and sunflower seeds, plus quinoa make these a good whole-foods-based snack. Another one to try are the sweet potato chips from Way Better Snacks, which use sprouted quinoa and chia seeds.
