A Few Words on Diet
No matter how good your workout was, you can't out-train a bad diet. So stick to meats, veggies, and quality carbs, like brown rice, sweet potatoes, and fruits. Try replacing one meal per day with a high-quality protein shake. It'll help cut calories and help you get leaner. Make sure you're eating good food after your workout, and, if you're short on time, an on-the-go breakfast to prime your body for the day. It'll blow your mind how much better you feel when you have the right stuff in your belly.
