10. Drink more water
Drinking more water is another strategy that doesn’t directly burn more calories but indirectly has a huge impact. Hunger sometimes is mistaken for thirst, and if you’re well-hydrated you’ll eat less. You’ll also be able to train harder and experience better overall health. If you struggle with drinking plain water, consider putting an ounce or two of lemon juice in the bottle, giving yourself tasty, sugar-free lemonade.
