One of the world’s most popular fitness-tracking apps just got better. RunKeeper, which records runs and rides by using a smartphone’s GPS, recently added new training plans – from beginner 5Ks to competitive marathons – created by coaches. These plans place workouts on your calendar that match your goals and then track your progress. They can even give on-the-run advice through earphones.
