Chris Pratt is back—and so is his six-pack.

The Men’s Fitness cover star carved out a muscular physique to reprise his role as Star-Lord (aka Peter Quill) in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, following the hardcore workout plan he used to get cut—dropping 60 lbs in six months for the first film.

Quill narrates the latest TV spot for the film with his usual humorous tone, introducing the team—Rocket Racoon (Bradley Cooper), Drax (Dave Bautista), Groot (Vin Diesel), Nebula (Karen Gillan), Yondu (Michael Rooker), Gamora (Zoe Saldana)—in all its glory: “A thief, one thug, an angry little tree, an evil stepsister, a pirate, an assassin, and, most importantly, me.”

Pratt gets a shirtless moment to show off his shredded muscles just as he introduces his character:

Pratt got lean for Guardians and Jurassic World 2 by using the workout routine he detailed for Men’s Fitness. He’s been eating right, too—sharing some of the healthy foods he’s using to drop weight on his Instagram page with a video series titled “What’s My Snack?”

The latest installment is a riff on the other videos, with Pratt excitedly showing off a bag of Star-Lord-branded Doritos. Will he break his streak and eat something unhealthy?:

Pratt’s going to have to keep himself in shape for the long haul. The actor’s already heavy into production on Jurassic World 2. After that, he has Avengers: Infinity War and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3which will once again be written and directed by James Gunn—on the docket.

Looks like shredded Pratt is here to stay.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, written and directed by James Gunn, will be released May 5, 2017.
