Weekend One-Up: 7-Minute Upper- and Lower-Body Challenge

Are you a workout warrior looking for a challenge? You’ve come to the right place. It’s time to test your abilities—and your mettle!

Each week our fitness expert, CrossFit competitor and owner of New York City’s Reebok CrossFit 5th Ave, Nate Forster, lays out a quick workout that measures your level of strength, speed, power, endurance, and/or skill. Think you can “one-up” our guy? Get ready to throw down, and let’s see what you’ve got…


Set a timer for 7 minutes. Complete as many rounds as possible of 5 bench presses at 135 pounds and 15 air squats. 


This workout works nearly every muscle in the body. As a speed challenge, this workout will test and improve your cardiovascular and muscular endurance.
