This slows you down and rehydrates you.” Then, once home, she suggests starting your hangover prevention immediately by drinking a cup of coconut water combined with B-complex vitamins, which are often depleted by alcohol consumption. And finally, settle your stomach the next day by sipping on ginger tea or adding fresh ginger to bone broth. “Protein and ginger is a winning, symptom-crushing combo,” she says.
