3. Unbalanced Pushup and Dumbbell Drag
Start in the pushup position with toes on the bench and hands on the floor, left hand gripping a dumbbell. Keeping core tight and body straight, perform a pushup until elbows are at 90 degrees. After pressing back up, plce your left hand on the ground then reach right hand across body to grab dumbbell and pull it to right side. Perform a pushup for one rep.
