Legs Up the Wall
The Fix: Boosts upper body circulation and relaxes your entire system
How to Do It: Start sitting up about six inches from the wall. Swing your legs up onto the wall and your shoulders and head lightly down onto the floor in one exhale. Inhale, and expand your chest as you breathe deeply. If you feel unstable, bend your knees, press your feet into the wall and lift your pelvis up a few inches, tucking your butt back under again.
