“Creatine has been in my life for over a decade,” Liggin said. “My college coach used to give us supplement recommendations and I found that creatine helped with my energy, recovery, and I saw changes in my body at the collegiate level. My season as a trainer is it’s busiest from August through December, and this period becomes its own kind of training camp for me where I need to take everything necessary for my recovery and energy. I’ll be up at 5am and working through 11pm, so having the supplemental foundation of energy is really important, and I like the fact that I’ll be able to use Momentous creatine before I head to work. I take one scoop of creatine, some frozen fruit, and then just add water. I’m also really excited to have an NSF Certified for Sport source of creatine to be able to share with my athletes now.”

Professional lacrosse player Kyle Hartzell is also someone who uses creatine in his routine: “I started using creatine in college because it helps produce lean body mass, strength and power development, and it has an energy component,” Hartzell said. “There are a ton of benefits to taking creatine as an athlete, so it’s a no brainer.
