Your Morning Workout: A 30-minute Yoga Routine

If you’ve got tight hamstrings, achey quads, and tense shoulders, welcome to being an active dude. We worked with Yo Yoga! owner and instructor Rebecca Weible to create a custom yoga sequence geared toward athletes.

You won’t need any fancy props—you can even swing it without a mat—and it only takes 30 minutes.

Try the routine three times a week to enhance your flexibility, help with muscle recovery, and get your wife off of your case for totally not getting her yoga obsession (okay, maybe not that one).
