1. Aaron Rodgers
The Green Bay Packers quarterback and king of Hail Mary passes has proven to be one of the most skilled—and fittest—quarterbacks in the league. With two MVP awards and a Super Bowl win to his name, Rodgers has proven that he has the goods to make it to the Hall of Fame.
Rodgers revealed the workout that he uses to stay in such good shape, which includes TRX moves, band exercises, and bodyweight work. Rodgers said that he uses Olympic lifts, the bench press, cleans, squats, and core strength exercises in his routines. Trainer Ryan Capretta, who has worked with Rodgers for the last five years, said that the quarterback “does a lot of body-regeneration work—yoga, massage, and strength-building.”
