9. Andy Dalton
The 6′ 2″, 220-lb Cincinnati Bengals quarterback has only missed three games since being drafted in 2011, turning around a franchise that had been in the dumps for years. He detailed his workout routine for NFL.com, which during the season includes legs training on Monday, upper-body workouts during midweek, and core/shoulder work done throughout the week. Dalton also said that he’ll target the smaller muscles in his shoulders two or three times per week, using internal and external rotation moves. Some of his other training methods include weight training, hurdle drills, band workouts, medicine ball drills, box jumps, and sprints.
