Tim Tebow might have this baseball thing figured out after all.

After bouncing around the NFL and not being able to find a starting (or a backup) job, Tebow picked up his bat and glove and tried out for the majors, getting a minor-league contract from the New York Mets. And while the old fogeys in the sports pages think it’s unlikely that Tebow will ever see The Show, he’s making quite the impression on his new teammates in the Mets’ minor league system.

And while Tebow may just be in the farm league, we here at Men’s Fitness recognize his status as a once-in-a-generation athlete—the guy who seems to always shine in clutch moments, the All-American who draws crowds wherever he goes, the Heisman Trophy winner with an eponymous touchdown celebration. So we’ve decided to track every single one of his homers in the 2017 season.

Tebow launched his fifth home run since being promoted the St. Lucie Mets, and he keeps proving that he’s not just a big name being used to sell minor league tickets (although he’s been helping the Mets attendance quite a bit). Tebow launched this home run over the left-center field wall, helping the Mets win 10-3 win over the Charlotte Stone Crabs. Here’s the jack:

His most recent home run came against the Florida Fire Frogs, during which Tebow went 2 for 4 with a double and a home run. Here it is:

Tebow home run #5:

Tim Tebow is a hero to these minor-league fans. The former NFL player continued to show off his baseball skills for the Class A St. Lucie Mets, hitting a walk-off, game-winning home run against the Daytona Tortugas. Tebow smacked a 0-1 fastball over the left-field fence and rounded the bases before getting congratulated by his teammates.

Tebow home run #4:

Tebow was promoted by the Mets from Columbia in Class A to High-A Port St. Lucie—and he made an impression right away. In his first game with the team Tebow went yard, giving him his fourth home run of the year and pushing him past another famous minor leaguer, Michael Jordan, who had three home runs in his minor league career.

Tim Tebow accomplished something MJ never did! 😂

If Tebow keeps making plays like this for the Mets, he may find himself promoted a level or two by the end of the season. We can dream, right?
