Sunday at Memorial Tournament at Muirfield Village in Ohio, Dustin Johnson hit a lousy tee shot on the 10th hole on, his ball ended up stymied in the trees with no relief in sight. Trying to get back in play, Johnson hit a weak bump under the branches that landed only a few feet out of trouble on the cart path. And then it got rolling. His ball managed to trickle another 50 yards down the cart path to a spot with a shot at the green. He knocked his approach to 12 feet and two-putted to save a bogey. Had he sunk the par put, he would have finished tied for the lead and competed in the playoff that eventually decided the winner. Johnson ended up finishing third.
