The 29-year-old third baseman for the Tampa Bay Rays can flat out do it all: hit, field, throw, and steal bases. But to do that, he needs to build his power and strength off the field.
Luckily, Longoria knows how to maintain his physique in order to be a consistent force in the Rays’ lineup year in and year out.
