At 41 years old, Tom Brady is doing things no quarterback age has ever done. Brady led his team to a victory on the road in the AFC Championship game and now he’s playing in his ninth Super Bowl. The reason Brady has been able to play at such a high level at his age is due to the intense fitness and nutritional program he follows. We spoke with Brady’s trainer Alex Guerrero to find out how he keeps his body in shape and looked over 9 things you’d have to give up if you wanted to eat like Brady. His diet mainly consists of lean meat, organic vegetables, and whole grains, and Brady stays away from GMOs, olive oil, caffeine, and dairy.
