You Can’t Unsee This “Massive” Under Armour Instagram Screw-Up

Sometimes you take a photo of a fully padded football player sliding on a glove and decide to make it more regal—more patriotic. So you add some gray texture to the background, write “For Those Who Served” in the corner, and then make the whole thing a silhouette.

The folks at Under Armour and the University of Utah certainly believed the effect—posted to Instagram—would be a fitting tribute to the troops during the school’s football game on Veterans Day.

But then they learned the collective id of the Internet is still in middle school. Whoops.
