2. Golden State Warriors vs. San Antonio Spurs – Thu, Nov. 2
Players to watch: Steph Curry (Warriors) and LaMarcus Aldridge (Spurs)
The Warriors have already lost three games this season—a number they didn’t reach until December 1 in the 2016-17 season—but they also are tied for the most wins in the league (5) heading into this matchup against the Spurs. This is the first time the teams are facing off since playing in the 2017 Western Conference Finals, and it should be a pretty good matchup: Over the last three seasons, the teams have split their 10 regular-season games with five wins each. Curry has continued to play at an MVP level, ranking in the top four in the league in scoring, while Aldridge has been leading the Spurs with 23.6 points per game with Kawhi Leonard out with an injury.
The Spurs host the Warriors on Thursday, November 2 at 8 p.m. ET on TNT.
