Ansel Elgort admitted he probably wasn’t the strongest player on the court, but he did come prepared, and he does know his stuff when it comes to fitness. He says he does alot of boxing, plyo work, leg workouts, and rock climbing almost everyday. “If you work your legs and don’t foam roll or stretch, you’re screwed.” #LegDays, rolling, yoga, and stretching.
